Hundreds of residents in Qandil and surrounding villages staged a march in protest at the February 15 conspiracy against Öcalan at its 18th anniversary.

In press statement made after the march, demonstrators pledged to foil the conspiracy and betrayal through the will of the people and called on Kurdish parties to gather for Kurdish National Congress.
