ISIS gangs attacked Cidede village near Cebare district of Xaneqin province late on Wednesday, Armanc Ebdulrezaq, a Patriotic Union of Kurdistan official said.

The gangs killed one villager and kidnapped five others.

Ebdulrezaq said there are active ISIS groups around the region.
