The Jabhat al-Akrad fighters in the Tel Rif front in the Efrîn canton spoke to the ANF.

The fighters said they are determined in their struggle despite intense attacks by the Turkish state and that they didn’t think of stepping back ever.

EFRÎN: EVERYONE WITH ENOUGH STRENGTH SHOULD JOIN THE FIGHT

Jabhat al-Akrad fighter Şervan Efrîn said they won’t leave the villages they hold despite the Turkish army fighter jets’ bombing and the gang attacks. Efrîn said the villagers greeted them with joy when they first came to these villages and that the locals were very disturbed by the gangs. Efrîn called on everybody with enough strength to join the fight in Shehba.

Another fighter, Xebat Bab, said the Turkish state attacked the villages they cleared from ISIS gangs. Bab said: “The attacks by the Turkish state haven’t created a break or retreat in us at all. Our will to fight together has increased even, and a stronger will for fighting has emerged. Everyone should understand this, the war we wage here is not a war against gangs. We are at war with the Turkish state here. All the prisoners and gang members we capture are Turkish citizens.”
