Êzidî students at Shengal Mountain received their school reports at the end of the education year. Êzidî children that survived the 73rd massacre continue their education with limited resources. The children have been receiving education in tents set up in Shengal Mountain. There are a total of 9 schools, where 35 teachers educate 420 students. Children from grades 1 to four receive education and receive courses on Kurdish, mathematics, science, society and life, music, sports, arts, and the Êzidî faith.
Second grade students receiving education in Kurdish received their school reports, and the 3 most successful students were given awards after the distribution of the reports.
'GREAT MORALE AND HONOR'
A morale event was organized for the children receiving their school reports.
Xoxê Cindi spoke on behalf of the Shengal Woman Êzidîs Assembly and congratulated the students and their parents. Cindi stated that Êzidî children were receiving education in their language and learning about their faith in school for the first time in history, which is a great morale and honor for Êzidî people.
