KDP Asayish forces are preventing civilians from participating in the Newroz celebration in Qandil.
KDP Asayish forces have blocked the civilians heading to Qandil for Newroz celebration from passing through the Qasrê area in Hewler's Choman district and the Gocarê checkpoint in Rewenduz's Werte subdistrict.
People in convoys of hundreds of vehicles are kept waiting in the area and prevented from going to Qandil for the celebration.
