Turkish military has dispatched a number of armored vehicles to the area of Mount Gabar in the countryside of Şırnak province yesterday evening.

According to local sources, a large number of troops have been dispatched to the Kasrik Gendarmerie Outpost Command during the past three days. The outpost is also witnessing frequent meetings participated by village guards.

Reports suggest that the Turkish army is preparing for an operation on Mount Gabar amid the intensified military deployment.
