MİT agent who assassinated Jarablus MC Commander arrested

Jarablus Military Council announced that the MİT agent who assassinated Jarablus Military Council General Commander Abdulsettar Al-Cadirî yesterday, has been arrested.

Jarablus Military Council General Commander Abdulsettar Al-Cadirî was assassinated by Turkish Intelligence Agency (MİT) agents in the Şêxler front after he announced the establishment of Jarablus Military Council and expressed his opposition to the Turkish state’s plans of occupying Jarablus in a press statement yesterday.

The assassination 3 hours after the press statement left Jarablus Military Council General Commander Abdulsettar Al-Cadirî heavily wounded. He was taken to hospital but couldn't be saved despite all the medical efforts.

In a written statement on the incident, Jarablus Military Council stated that the MİT agent that assassinated Abdulsettar Al-Cadirî has been captured by Council fighters.

The statement called attention to the fact that Commander Al-Cadirî was murdered soon after he announced the establishment of Jarablus Military Council, indicated the intervention of Turkish state, which supports terror, on Jarablus, and warned that resistance would be enhanced in the event of an occupation.

The statement said the MİT agent that murdered the General Commander has been arrested, and vowed that other secret groups affiliated with MİT will also be arrested.

Jarablus Military Council promised the family of Commander Al-Cadirî and martyred commanders that they will liberate Jarablus.
