Another group of young people joined the ranks of the PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party), saying: "The freedom guerrilla is advancing today with the devotion and struggle of the Apoist spirit in the revolutionary struggle."
In a statement in the guerrilla areas, the youngsters noted that the struggle continues 45 years after the founding of the PKK. They said that they also want to avenge the 6 young people who were martyred in Kobanê in the air attack of the fascist Turkish state two years ago.
Denouncing the isolation of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan, the group emphasised that Abdullah Öcalan's resistance and ideas have spread beyond Kurdistan all over the world.
The group called on the youth to join the ranks of the PKK, the "party of humanity", and said, "We will lead a free and moral life shoulder to shoulder with our comrades fighting in the free mountains, deepen the ideology and philosophy of Leader Öcalan and spread this philosophy in Kurdistan, the Middle East and the world."
