East Kurdistan Defense Units (YRK) guerrilla Şehriyar Muradî (Serhed Kosalan), who died during clashes with Iranian Pasdaran Units (Revolutionary Guards) near the Ruwar village of Hawraman region in East Kurdistan last Wednesday, has been commemorated home.

Mother Muradî spoke during the commemoration event and said "Şehriyar is the martyr of four parts of Kurdistan, not just ours. We are proud. I salute the comrades of Şehriyar. I also salute Leader Apo, who is resisting in İmralı prison. Long live Leader Apo, long live the guerrillas that fight in mountaintops! Greetings to the families of those that have fallen as martyrs in four parts of Kurdistan! They are all our martyrs and have become immortal."

East Kurdistan Defense Units (Yekîneyên Parastina Rojhilatê Kurdistan, YRK) Headquarters Command had announced previously that 6 Iranian Pasdaran members were killed and one guerrilla had died during the clashes in Hawraman region on October 12.
