The hunger strike launched in the Hewler HDP Representation Office continues with the 41st group taking over. HDP Hewler Representative Nasir Yagiz is on day 81 of his hunger strike, and his health has deteriorated further.

Mizgin Ari spoke in the handover ceremony and said: “Our protest has entered a new phase, and will continue with resolve. These protests have given a great opportunity to the Kurdish people and if the opportunity is taken, the isolation will end.”

Ari called on the people and institutions of South Kurdistan for support.

Visits to the HDP representation office continue.
