Öcalan’s Manifesto for a Democratic Civilization translated into Russian
The fifth volume of Abdullah Öcalan’s Manifesto for a Democratic Civilization entitled the Kurdish Issue and the National Resolution – Defending Kurds from Cultural Genocide has been translated into Russian.

The fifth volume of Kurdish Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s Manifesto for a Democratic Civilization titled The Kurdish Issue And The National Resolution – Defending Kurds From Cultural Genocide has been translated into Russian. The book launch took place at the Kurdish Cultural Center in Moscow.
With the translation of the fifth volume, the translation of the defense Kurdish Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Öcalan had presented to the European Court of Human Rights has been completed.
Russia Kurdish Cultural, National and Federal Autonomy Co-President Ferhat Patiyev spoke during the book launch and said that the fifth volume of Kurdish Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s Manifesto for a Democratic Civilization was not only significant for Kurdish people but for all peoples in the Middle East.
Patiyev noted that the book offered perspectives and solution proposals on the current crisis in the Middle East, and everyone who reads the manifesto would be inspired by the solution proposals that Öcalan makes in order to enable peoples in the Middle East to live together around shared values.
