Inmates in Şırnak T Type Closed Prison began a revolt and set some parts of the prison on fire to protest the ban on meeting with their families and lawyers last night.
According to reports, many inmates got poisoned due to fire and these were taken to Şırnak State Hospital with ambulances sent to the scene.
One prisoner was reported dead during the revolt.
