One of the assailants blows himself up in Hewler Governorate
The Governorate building in Hewler was targeted by an armed attack Monday morning.
According to security forces, one of the two assailants that attacked the Hewler Governorate with arms earlier this morning, has blown himself up in the building.
Security forces are on the first and second floors to capture the assailants who are on the third floor.
Gunshots are heard from inside the building.
