People of Azaz call upon the SDF to liberate their town
As the clashes between ISIS and SNC gangs in Azaz and Maré intensify, the people of Azaz called upon the SDF to liberate their town from the gangs.
The clashes between ISIS and SNC gangs reached the village of Sico located 500 meters away from Azaz town center. ISIS gangs reportedly exploded two car bombs in Maré.
The advance of ISIS gangs is seen as the AKP’s maneuver to form the basis of its future intervention in the region and slow down the possible advance of SDF forces along the Azaz-Efrîn-Shehba route.
ISIS gangs had recently occupied the villages of Hewar Kilis, Diwêdan Beraxide, Yarubiye, Kefer gan, Qere, Aykde (Zeyzefûn), Şemarîn, Niyara, Kelcebrîn, and Kefer Kelbîn Tatya, and have been shelling Bab Al-Selam border date from Şemarînê village.
MIGRATION TO EFRÎN CANTON
Migration from Azaz and Maré to Efrîn has intensified due to the clashes between ISIS and SNC gangs. Local reports suggest that several civilians died during the clashes so far, and 6.124 people migrated from the region to Efrîn over the past three days.
PEOPLE CALL FOR ACTION
People of Azaz that have migrated to Efrîn stated that they were forced to migrate because of the savagery of the gangs, and called upon the SDF to liberate the region from ISIS and SNC gangs,
