Thousands have gathered outside the DTK (Democratic Society Congress) building in the main Kurdish city Amed for a march to the central Sur district where a heavy onslaught by Turkish forces continues for the 17th uninterrupted day.
Police forces staged a crackdown on demonstrators as they started the march from DTK building.
While the mass is targeted with intense tear gas and water cannons, three people have been forced into a Ford Ranger police car and detained on Gevran Street in Ofis area.
Demonstrators have started resistance and self-defense against the attacks, chanting "Everywhere Sur, everywhere resistance".
