A tent of condolence has been set up in Van's central Tuşba district for YPJ combatant Dilan Çoban (Ruken Hêlin) who lost her life as a result of ISIS attacks around Tishrin Dam on the 17th of February.

Hundreds gathered in Kale neighborhood to walk to the tent of condolence set up for women near Abdülkadir Geylani Mosque. Police forces deployed in the area blocked the mass and attacked the tent of condolence as well.
Police forces also attacked the tent of condolence set up for men in another central district of İpekyolu. Policemen seized the photos hanged around, and insulted the people giving condolences to the family.
