Earlier today, two civilians, one of whom is a child, got heavily wounded as a result of an attack by special operation police in Cudi neighborhood. A resident who wanted to go near them for help was also shot by police.
As Turkish forces continue hindering access to the scene, police also opened fire on an ambulance that attempted to enter the neighborhood to reach the wounded civilians Tuesday noon. The ambulance had to return without getting the injured.
21-year-old Orhan Tunç who was shot by special operation police in Cudi neighborhood last night, is also held in the area and denied access to hospital.
