Nuda Cultural Center operating under Van Metropolitan Municipality was raided by the police without any explanation and most of the supplies were broken and rendered useless. The doors of the cultural center were broken down and all rooms were searched.

Finding nothing in the search, the police broke supplies like arbanes, drums and paintings and threw furniture around. The police left after seizing some books and paintings in classrooms when they could not find anything in their search.

Van Metropolitan Municipality officials will file complaints on the police officers who raided the center unlawfully, broke down the doors and damaged property inside.
