Municipality of Qandil has reconstructed the Zergelê bridge which was demolished as a result of Turkish airstrikes on 1 August.

Zergelê village got the greatest damage in the airstrikes conducted by Turkish aircraft against guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones on 1 August, which claimed the lives of 8 civilians living there.

As a result of uninterrupted works ongoing since November, the municipality of Qandil has reconstructed the bridge with the contribution of the local people and without getting any material support from the regional government.
