State forces were hit by simultaneous actions in Mardin's Nusaybin district which remains under a siege despite there being no curfew in force.

The Regional Directorate of Traffic located on İpek Yolu (Silk Road) was targeted by a bomb-laden vehicle which greatly damaged and started a fire in the police station and nearby lodging building. A number of ambulances and fire squads were sent to the scene after the action which was reportedly followed by a clash.

While Turkish media reports that 2 police were killed and several others were wounded, reports are coming through that the number of casualties is much higher.

On the other hand, an armored Turkish vehicle deployed in the district was hit by a rocket attack earlier today. The Cobra type vehicle was greatly damaged.

In the meantime, a blast has occurred as an armored vehicle passed by Dicle neighborhood where self-rule resistance against genocidal attacks endures. No detail was immediately available regarding the aftermath of the explosion.
