'THE SAME MENTALITY IS IN POWER'
Referring to Solmaz's struggle, Uca said, "It has been 42 years since the assassination of Solmaz, who cared deeply about the value of his people, yet the mentality remains the same. Trustees have now been appointed there by those who murdered him back in time. The state's denial attitude continuously appears before the Kurds. Solmaz is a pioneer in empowering the inhabitants of the city to govern themselves. Solmaz's philosophy for the municipality will live on even after a century passes. His determination to strive, as well as the democrat municipal approach, will continue to be followed.”
