Soldiers burn three houses and detain two civilians in Feraşin region

Turkish soldiers partaking in an operation in Feraşin territory burned 3 houses and detained 2 civilians after subjecting them to a brutal attack.

The operation launched by the Turkish army in Feraşin territory- located in the Van-Hakkari-Şırnak triangle area- on November 11, has just ended.

Soldiers partaking in the operation raided several houses in this region and burned the houses of locals Fethi Gür, Abdulmenav Aslan and İbrahim Aslan.

On the other hand, two other civilians Aytullah Yacan and Kasım Aslan were heavily battered and detained by soldiers. The detainees were later taken to the Gendarmerie Command in Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak. Soldiers also set fire to the food stocks of the two civilians readied for the winter season.
