Soldiers gather 15 families in a house in Şenocak village under curfew

Following the declaration of curfew in Şenocak (Şutê) village of Mardin's Savur district, soldiers have been dispatched to the area with five helicopters. In the village which houses some 170 families in 250 houses, the curfew was declared through an announcement from the Old Mosque.
Soldiers are conducting a search in several houses across the village and they have reportedly gathered 15 families at the Şenocak Condolence House after the search in their houses.
A villager said soldiers have left the doors of these houses wide open, telling the followings: "They have gathered everyone without distinguishing women, children and elderly, and took them to the Condolence House which is a large and cold space, thus not appropriate for the stay of children and elderly. We do not know why they took them there and how long they will keep them there. Houses of these families are wide open and soldiers got are positioned now in many of these."
