As the onslaught in Şırnak's İdil district continues for 13 days, state forces have now targeted the building of DBP-held district municipality.

Attacks by Turkish military and police forces intensify since last night in Turgut Özal neighborhood which is protected by Civilian Defense Units (YPS/YPS-Jin) protecting the living areas of local people against never-ending attacks.

The district municipality located on Alanya Street was also shelled by state forces, which left some walls of the building demolished. Turkish 'security members' went on to hang a Turkish flag on the front part of the municipality building.
