Thousands of people have started to flock to Koşuyolu Park in the main Kurdish city Amed to join a march to the central district of Sur where genocidal attacks by state forces are ongoing for 88 days.

The demo under the main slogan “Give voice to Sur” is being joined by a large number of demonstrators from across Amed city and its districts.

Co-chairs are expected to make a statement here before the beginning of the march to break the ongoing siege in Sur.
