Thousands march to the positions of KDP groups in Shengal
Thousands from Rojava and Shengal's villages as well as Syriac locals have started to march to the positions of KDP-affiliated groups near Shengal's Khanasor town.
Masses coming from Rojava to Shengal to condemn the attack on Shengal have gathered in the Khanasor town after visiting the Cemetery of Martyrs. The crowd was welcomed by a large number of people who similarly came to Khanasor from the villages of Khanasor, Serdest and Shengal.
The mass gathered at the PADÊ central office and headed towards the area where KDP-affiliated groups are stationed, unfurling flags of YBŞ, YJŞ, PADÊ, TAJÊ and posters of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan as they joined a convoy of some 100 vehicles heading towards the KDP groups' positions. They got off the cars at the exit of the Khanasor town and started to march from there on towards the KDP positions.
The march is joined by members of Hesekê Assembly, Kongreya Star, Syriac Assembly, Rojava Youth's Union, Shengal Construction Assembly, PADÊ, TAJKÊ and Shengal Youth Movement.
