Three more battalions of Popular Self-Defense Forces (HPC) with 100 members have been established in Kîmara village in Şêrawa district of Efrîn city.

The ceremony where the establishment of battalions was announced was attended by representatives from Kongreya Star, YCR and TEV-DEM, as well as local residents. The HPC battalions were dedicated to Martyr Zerdeşt, Martyr Çiya and Martyr Sarxos.

The number of HPC battalions in Efrîn Canton has therewith risen to 14.
