Three neighborhoods in Hesekê bombed by jets of the Syrian regime

Syrian regime continues its attacks on Hesekê city of Rojava, West Kurdistan, with warplanes.

Clashes between regime forces and asayish-YPG units in Hesekê intensified at around 17:00 Thursday evening. At 17:45, the neighborhoods of Mesakin, Mıfti and Til Hecer were bombed by jets of the Baath regime. The airstrike is reported to be ongoing.

YPG Official Spokesman Redur Xelil said in a statement that regime forces were bombing the city at random and striking neighborhoods with various weapons. Xelil said the allegation that 'Regime has declared a ceasefire', spread by pro-regime circles, was a lie aiming to reduce public pressure.
