Policemen came to Van's Gürpınar district municipality today and submitted a notice stating that the co-mayors have been dismissed and replaced by a trustee. Police also said all the personnel must be ready in the municipality at 08:00 tomorrow morning.

It was not disclosed who was appointed to the municipality as trustee.
