Turkish army preparing for a large scale operation in Hakkari
As military operations continue increasing across the Kurdish region, the Turkish state has banned access to 25 more areas in Hakkari.
Hakkari Governorate announced that 25 areas in Hakkari center and the districts of Çukurca, Şemdinli and Yüksekova have been declared 'special security zone'.
Access to these 'special security zones' has been banned on the grounds that a military operation will be launched in these areas.
