Turkish bombing of village of Hirure in Duhok leaves one civilian wounded

A civilian named Thabt Hussen was wounded in the Turkish bombardment of the village of Hirure in Duhok.

The Christian Peace Corps Team (CPT) said that a civilian was injured in the Turkish bombardment of the village of Hirure in Duhok, in the Kurdistan Federal Region.

In the information shared on the CPT Twitter account, the organisation said that the person injured in the attack while harvesting the pomegranate was Thabt Hussen. The statement said that Hussen was in critical condition and was being treated at Zakho Hospital.

A civilian was wounded in the air attack on the same village on 24 September.
