Turkish jets bomb Qandil and Amadiya

Turkish attacks against southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq continued.

The Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG-BIM) released a statement reporting continued aerial attacks by the Turkish army against Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan.

According to the statement, Turkish warplanes carried out a bombardment on Martyr Harun area and surroundings of Sile village in Qandil region of Medya Defense Zones at between 18:00-19:00 on November 20.

Another aerial attack by the Turkish army targeted Hill Amadiya in the countryside of Duhok province at between 18:30-19:30 the same day.

The attacks did not result in casualties in guerrilla ranks but caused material damage on vineyards and orchards of the local people.
