Turkish jets bomb rural areas in Lice and Şemdinli
Turkish military is resorting to airstrikes in its war against the Kurdish movement.
At 16:00 yesterday afternoon, Turkish warplanes conducted an intense bombardment on Mizak (Kılıçlı) and Qurmik (Konuklu) villages in Lice district of Amed. The airstrike started a fire in the targeted area.
Turkish jets also hit the rural areas of Hakkari's Şemdinli district yesterday evening.
The aerial bombardment targeted several locations in the countryside of Şemdinli's Nêrduşe village.
