Local sources speaking to ANF stated that Turkish warplanes have bombed the area between Bukriska and Lewce villages in Qandil region Friday evening. Fragments of the bombs have dropped on villages and scattered around.

No information was immediately available as to whether the airstrike has resulted in casualties.

It grabs attention that the aerial strike came before Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım's visit to Baghdad and Hewler tomorrow.
