The Turkish army has launched yet another military operation in the countryside of Şırnak province in northern Kurdistan.

The offensive launched yesterday in the Besta region is joined by a large number of soldiers as well as paramilitary village guards. Turkish Army troops have been deployed near civilian settlements used by local villagers to graze their animals.
