HPG Press Office reported that Turkish military started an operation around the Şutê village in Savur (Stewrê) district of Mardin on December 25.
Soldiers that have been putting pressure on locals in the region raked through a civilian car passing by the operation zone, as a result of which one civilian was killed and some others were wounded.
HPG noted that deliberate efforts were made to put the blame of this incident on guerrillas.
