Occupying the Rojava land and building a wall on the border, Turkish soldiers are deliberately targeting and shooting civilians who attempt to cross the border into Bakûr Kurdistan.
Turkish soldiers have today sprayed bullets on a group of civilians who attempted to cross into Bakûr Kurdistan from the village of Um Al-Seharîc, 70 km to Serêkaniyê at 14:00 Monday afternoon.
The attack left Ebid Ehmed El -Salih (40) and his daughter Rojîn (4) dead, while Riwêj Hisên (16), Mihemed Hisên (40), Alî El-Salih (17) Mihemed Iwêd El-Ehmed (15) and Melîke Qasim (14) got wounded.
YPG fighters rushed to the scene and took the wounded civilians to Roj Hospital in Serêkaniyê city. The wounded civilians stated that Turkish soldiers wanted to kill them, and that they survived the attack with injuries by chance.
One of the wounded civilians is reported to be in critical condition.
