An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle of the Turkish state flew low over the Xelifan village in Sidekan, threatening the villagers to get them to evacuate the village.
The UAV made announcements in Sorani Kurdish that said, “Get away from here, or you will be targeted,” demanding the evacuation of the village.
