Turkish warplanes bomb Qandil
Turkish warplanes shelled the Qandil region in PKK-held Medya Defense Zones in South Kurdistan territory.
Turkish fighter jets hit the Mehmet Karasungur Cemetery of Martyrs in Qandil region of guerrilla zones at around 11:00 Wednesday morning. The airstrike that lasted two hours also targeted the museum of guerrillas near the cemetery.
The activity of Turkish aircraft over the region continues.
