While police forces have intensified their attacks on the third day of the sixth curfew in Sur, three armored vehicles of security forces have been damaged heavily in Fatih neighborhood from which uninterrupted gunshots and blasts are heard since last night.

Reports say that a rocket attack was conducted against an armored vehicle carrying special operation team members near the historical Kurşunlu Mosque which has also been targeted by state forces recently.

Two civilians have reportedly sustained injuries as a result of attacks by state forces in this area.

In the meantime, the people in the district are strengthening solidarity and meeting their needs communally as they continue resisting the attacks in neighborhoods under attack.

Residents also call upon the people of Amed to step up their protests against the state of siege.
