Mezopotamya News Agency (MA) reports that Iranian forces murdered a young man at the border with the Kurdish region of Turkey.
According to the report, 20-year-old Rüstem Çakmak was killed in the village of Şikevtan, in Şemdinli district of Hakkari.
The body of the young man, who was murdered for alleged “violation of border”, was taken by his family to Şemdinli State Hospital.
Military forces of Iranian and Turkish states are murdering dozens of people in the border region every year. The attacks mainly target kolbars, load carriers for daily wage who risk death on dangerous routes.
