The Patriotic Youth Movement and the Young Women’s Movement held a press conference on the invading Turkish state attacks against Bashure (South) Kurdistan.

The statement was read by Qani Xelil.

Xelil protested the Turkish state’s attacks against Bashure Kurdistan and said, “We salute the Kurdistan guerrillas who resist against attacks. The Kurdish people in Xakurke and Kirkuk are being displaced. Their crops are set on fire. We will take to the streets against all invasion attacks and break these attacks.”

Xelil said the people of Bashure Kurdistan need to put forth their protest against the Turkish state and announced that there will be a march against the invasion on June 12 in Sulaymaniyah led by the youth movement.

Xelil also announced that they will be launching a human shield action against the invasion attacks in Qandil on June 14.
