Youth kidnapped and murdered by police in Silopi

Whereabouts of Nejat Öden (18) remained unknown for the last three days since he left home to go to a neighbor, when he was believed to have been abducted by special operation police. His death was revealed by a photo showing his dead body.

The releated photo published by a policeman on social media, from account @galip0617, shows 18-year-old Nejat Öden's lifeless body, with the following description “Endless thanks to the hands committing these carcasses, may you burn in great fires”.

Öden's body has been taken to Şırnak State Hospital's morgue unbeknownst to his family.

Turkish police officer using the account @galip0617 had previously shared a photo of 55-year-old İsmail Yevşan, father of four children, who had also been missing for four days in Silopi, and later turned out to have been murdered similarly.
