The statement reported that ISIS gangs conducted an attack with heavy weaponry against the Mexira village near Ayn Îsa town of Kobanê between 14:00 and 16:00 on 21 November.
ISIS gangs carried out another attack against Al-Hayshê village to the east of Ayn Îsa town between 11:00 and 12:30 the same day.
One other attack by the gangs targeted the Shikeyf village of Kobanê's Sirîn town between 08:00 and 10:00 yesterday, and the Mixêra village of Ayn Îsa town at 10:00 yesterday morning.
The Qereqozax village to the southwest of Kobanê was also hit by ISIS gangs with heavy weaponry and artillery fire from their emplacements in south of Jarablus between 18:00 and 19:00 yesterday.
EFFECTIVE ACTIONS BY YPG/YPJ
The statement continued by providing the following details regarding the actions conducted by YPG/YPJ combatants against ISIS groups;
In coordination with the coalition forces, YPG/YPJ combatants conducted an offensive against the gangs in Xirbit Heldê to the west of Kobanê's Ayn îsa town at 16:00 on 22 November. One other offensive targeted the Mixêra village in the same region at 20:30.
20 members of gang groups were verified killed and 2 military vehicles were destroyed during the operation.
At the night of 22 November, YPG/YPJ combatants launched an operation in the area between Mount Kezwan and Ayn îsa town.
A bomb-laden vehicle readied by gangs, 1 ton of explosives and 1 Kalashnikov rifle and thermal binoculars were seized in the operation which targeted the region between Mebruka crossroads and the electric centre.
