YPG Press Office reported in a statement that SNC affiliated gang groups Sultan Murad Brigade, Ahrar Al-Sham, 16th Battalion, Al-Fetih Brigade, Sultan Mihemed Al Fetih Brigade, Al Mucahidin Army, Suwar Al-Sham, Ahrar Suruye, Jabhat Al Shamiye, Siqor Al Jabal, 101th Battalion, Foc Alewal, Jabhat Al-Turkmen, Ebû Emera Battalion, Al Islam Army, Festeqim Kema Emert Group, 13th Brigade, Al Shemaliye Battalion and Nûreddîn Zenkî Brigade continued their joint attacks on Aleppo’s Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

Accordingly, gang groups conducted a heavy aggression with mortars and hell cannons targeting the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood on May 20. The attack that targeted civilian areas left 5 civilians including a child dead and 3 others wounded.

YPG forces conducted an operation against the gangs in response to these attacks, as a result of which 3 gang members were verified killed.

The statement also reported that ISIS gangs deployed in southern Jarablus carried out another attack with heavy weaponry against the Şêxler town of Kobanê between 11.00 and 12.00 of May 20.

On the other hand, ISIS gangs conducted two separate attacks targeting the western side of the Tishrin Dam between 08.00 – 10.00 and the eastern part of the dam between 12:00 - 13:00 yesterday.
