YPS General Coordination issued a written statement on the YPS actions in Ağrı’s Bazid (Doğubeyazıt) district on August 14 and 18.

1 POLICE AND 2 SOLDIERS KILLED

YPS stated that its units carried out an action against the police officers in front of the Anti-Terror Police Headquarters in Bazid at 20:40 on August 14, and 1 of the officers was killed and the other one was critically injured during the action.

YPS noted that its units carried out a rocket action against the soldiers in front of Bazid prison at 22:30 on August 18, and 2 soldiers were killed during the action.
