DNA test results came out for YPS member Abdullah Mutlu (Dilxwaz Agir) who lost his life on February 10 when state forces attacked the second basement during the Cizre self-rule resistance. His family had given blood samples on July 27 in Cizre Public Hospital as the bodies were unidentifiable. Mutlu’s body had been buried in the Malatya Cemetery of the Nameless without notifying the family.
The family learned the body of their son was in Malatya when the DNA test results were announced. They went to the city and completed the procedures. Mutlu’s body was removed from the cemetery of the nameless and is on its way to Ziwinge (Eski Mağaralar) village in Mardin’s Nusaybin district to be buried in a proper funeral.
