Turkish gendarmerie forces carried out house raids and detained five people in Bozova district of Urfa early Monday morning.

In the district of Suruç, on the other hand, five other people have been taken into custody today. The detainees include Democratic Regions’ Party (DBP) district executive Nuh Ceyran and district councilman Mehmet Polat.

The detainees have been taken to Suruç District Gendarmerie Command.
