The Turkish judiciary acting on orders of the AKP/Palace regime continues with its political genocide operations against the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP).

HDP former Co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ is facing yet another lawsuit that was filed by Van Chief Public Prosecutor and approved by Van 2nd Heavy Penal Court in relation with the speech she held at HDP 1st Ordinary Congress on April 9, 2016.

Up to 10 year in prison is sought for Yüksekdağ for allegedly “spreading propaganda for a terrorist organization” and “praising a crime and criminal”.
