As YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue the Operation Wrath of Euphrates to liberate the Tabqa city and the Euphrates Dam, ISIS gangs have launched a mortar attack on civilians from Safsafah village who are staying in tents in the village of Abad to the east of Tabqa. At least 20 civilians got injured as result of the attack.

Clashes erupted as SDF immediately responded to the attack on civilians.

13 ISIS members have been killed during clashes so far.
